I'm VERY happy with the service I received from CSC. My PS5 was not reading discs, and after contacting CSC on a Sunday no less - they responded to my query right away and organized FREE collection of the console that Monday. Once the PS5 arrived at their store, they diagnosed the laser issue right away. Once I paid for the repair part, they had fixed it not even an hour later and booked it to be couriered back to me in the Western Cape immediately, once again, free of charge for courier. I did not have to hassle with figuring out how to get my console to the store as it was all organized at the click of some buttons online by CSC. In summary: Quick responses, quick service, and my PS5 is good as new!! Thanks guys
Thank you to everyone at CSC for helping with my PS5. Better communication, service and pricing than Sony requesting an exorbitant price to just send a refurbished console since it's "out-of-warranty" (couldn't last for 2 years😒 while its predecessors are still a decade strong). CSC helped prevent my PS5 from becoming a brick when the disc drive issue couldn't be fixed so unfortunately, I had to sacrifice my mechanical friend from the glories of its physical days💪😎 to a painful digital conversion😔🕊️. If it wasn't for them, I'd be offline for a long time from my friends (though they'll now have to wait until I can either get a new PS5 or a sale of our mutual games on the PS Store😓). Thanks so much, CSC. I now know who to depend on for any future repairs😇.
Absolute FANTASTIC Service, what a pleasure to get this type of Professional Service these day having the HDMI port fixed on my son's PS5 for a 10th of the cost quoted by useless Partserve. And shipping was included!!!! Thank you 😊
Hey guys, i am very happy for the assist that you gave when my kids PS5 had an issue, and a technician in Durban mentioned it was a chip BIOS problem that needed to be replaced. This turned out to be false intel Unfortunately, keep in mind there aren't many places in South Africa that repair PS5s, so when I came across Console Service Centre. It turned out to be an amazing experience from the get go. Initially, I was hesitant to send the console across the country, but the process was smooth. The staff I spoke to were professional and kept me informed every step of the way. They even arranged a courier to pick up the console, which was a service I was only used to in the US. Despite a slight delay over the weekend for a part, the whole process took only 4 days. I want to express my gratitude to Cecilia and Shaun for saving me from having to purchase a new PS5. My kids are thrilled with the repair!
Very professional and friendly staff. Efficient in repairs as my PS5 was repaired within one working day instead of the four workings days they had demanded. Honesty and Integrity Perfect communication as frequent updates with emails and calls on the situation of ur Console. They even agreed to wait for me after working hours as i was running late to pick my console due to traffic. Contacted Console Service Centre for a HDMI port repair and the service provided was exceptional. I initially contacted the Shaun to inquire about repairing the HDMI port on my PS5, and to my surprise, I was given a preliminary quote which was cheaper than other rates I saw online for the same repair job. Secondly, the team managed to repair the HDMI port within a matter of hours and couriered the console back to my address on the same day. Thirdly, I was kept up to date throughout the whole repair job. I’d recommend Console Service Centre to anyone having issues with their gaming consoles.
