The courier and Console Service Centre cannot accept responsibility for damage during transit. You must package your console securely before collection:
- Use a sturdy box - not a bag or soft packaging
- Wrap in bubble wrap - lots of padding on all sides
- Fill empty space - console shouldn't move inside the box
- Reply to confirm - email us when it's packaged and ready

If you decline or console is unfixable:
Pay R199 bench fee + collection + delivery to get it back.
