Our returns policy for parts and accessories purchased from our online shop.

Return Eligibility
New Items
NEW ITEMS may be returned within 14 days of purchase if:
- ✓Item is unused and in original condition
- ✓Original packaging is intact with all seals, labels, and stickers intact
- ✓All accessories and documentation included
- ✓Item has not been opened
Opened but Unused Items
- •Subject to a 20% restocking fee
- •Must be complete with all packaging undamaged
- •Return shipping costs are for customer's account
Items That CANNOT Be Returned
Important
We do NOT accept returns on the following items due to the sensitive nature of electronic components:
- ✗Spare parts that have been installed or soldered
- ✗Electronic components (IC chips, capacitors, resistors, BGA chips)
- ✗Items that have been opened and tested (cables, ports, ribbons, lenses)
- ✗Power supplies (after 72-hour DOA window)
- ✗Used, refurbished, or reconditioned items
- ✗Incomplete items (missing parts or packaging)
- ✗Items showing signs of installation attempts
- ✗Items damaged by customer
Why These Restrictions?
Spare parts are sensitive electronic components. Once opened or installed, we cannot verify their condition or resell them as new. There is no way to determine if installation was done correctly or if the part was damaged during installation.
How to Return an Item
- Contact us within 14 days via:

- Include: Order number, reason for return, photos of item
- Wait for Return Authorisation (RA) number
We will review your request and provide an RA number if approved. Do not send items back without an RA number.
- Package securely
- Use original packaging if possible
- Include RA number inside package
- Ensure items are well-protected during transit
- Return shipping
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using insured courier service
- We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit
- Refund processing
- Inspection upon receipt (1-2 business days)
- Refund issued via original payment method
- Processing time: 5-7 business days
- Shipping costs and restocking fees (if applicable) will be deducted
Incorrect Items Shipped
If we sent you the wrong item by mistake:
- •Contact us immediately
- •We will arrange collection at no cost to you
You will receive either:
- ✓Full refund, OR
- ✓Correct item shipped to you
No restocking fees or shipping charges for our errors.
Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund if:
- ✓Item is returned within 14-day return window (new, unused items only)
- ✓Valid warranty claim for defective item
- ✓We sent you the incorrect item
- ✓We cannot fulfil your order
Refund Method
- •Refunds are issued to the original payment method (Yoco)
- •Processing time: 5-7 business days from approval
- •Bank may take additional 3-5 days to reflect in your account
Deductions from Refunds
The following may be deducted from your refund:
- •Return shipping costs (unless we made an error)
- •Restocking fee (20% for opened items)
- •Courier collection fees (if applicable)
- •Any damage or missing items/packaging
Non-Refundable Items
- ✗Shipping fees (original delivery cost)
- ✗Items that fall under "cannot be returned" category
- ✗Custom or special-order items
- ✗Installed or soldered parts
