The Analog Stick Drift Fix Module V2 (Model 9652504 / 1527440) is a precision-engineered solution for recalibrating controller stick offsets. This Gen 2 "Drifix" module operates at a 3.3V logic level with low-current sensing of less than 1mA, ensuring it does not impact your controller's battery life. Measuring just 19 x 18 x 2 mm and weighing approximately 1g, the low-profile flexible PCB (Flex) design allows it to fit seamlessly inside original controller shells without any housing modification.

This universal module features broad compatibility across multiple platforms. It is designed for use with the Sony PlayStation 5 DualSense (specifically BDM-010, BDM-020, BDM-030, BDM-040, and BDM-050 revisions), all Sony PlayStation 4 DualShock 4 revisions, Microsoft Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One (Standard, S, and X models), and the Nintendo Switch Pro Controller. Please note that this module is intended for standard potentiometers and is incompatible with Hall Effect joysticks or specific orange-coloured OEM potentiometers found on certain PS5 units.

The primary purpose of this module is to resolve persistent analog stick drift and "ghost" inputs where characters or cameras move without user interaction. It effectively addresses non-centred joysticks and permanent tilt issues by using dual adjustable potentiometers for independent X and Y axis calibration. By applying parallel resistance, the module shifts the voltage output of the joystick wiper back to the ideal centre point of approximately 1.65V, fixing dead zone calibration errors and centering offsets.

Unlike temporary fixes, this V2 module provides a sustainable solution that allows for future recalibration if drift returns over time. The hardware is designed to be soldered directly to the 6-8 pins on the back of the existing analog module. For precise results, users can monitor the calibration in real-time via Gamepad-Tester.com, using an insulated ceramic screwdriver to adjust the pots for a perfect centre reading. While it does not repair physical mechanical failures or erratic jitter, it is the gold standard for correcting stick centering issues.

Restore your controller's precision and eliminate drift by adding the Analog Stick Drift Fix Module V2 to your DIY repair toolkit.
