Thank you for choosing Console Service Centre. Here's everything you need to know about what happens next.

What Happens Next

  1. 1You'll receive a confirmation email from us shortly with your booking details.
  2. 2Once your console is packaged, reply to that email to let us know it's ready for collection.
  3. 3We'll book The Courier Guy and send you tracking details via WhatsApp and email.
  4. 4After diagnosis, we'll send you a repair estimate. You only pay once you approve it.

Packaging Your Console

Securely package your console in a sturdy cardboard box (not a bag). Use plenty of bubble wrap, foam, or newspaper on all sides so it cannot move inside the box.

Preferred Box Size

40cm × 30cm × 15cm

The courier charges us more for oversized boxes — please stay close to this size where possible to avoid extra costs on your invoice.

Console only. No controllers, cables, or accessories unless they're directly related to the fault. Remove any discs from the drive.

Courier Collection

Your console will be collected by The Courier Guy, our trusted nationwide courier partner.

Collection Hours

Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 17:00

No collections on weekends or public holidays. Please ensure someone is at the address during these hours to hand over the packaged console.

Courier Costs

Courier fees are added to your final repair invoice. You don't pay anything upfront — you only pay once you approve the repair quote.

If You Decline The Repair

If the repair isn't possible or you decide not to proceed, you have two options:

Get the console back

Pay a R199 bench fee (incl. VAT) for our diagnostic time, plus collection and return delivery costs.

Free recycling

Don't want it back? We'll recycle it responsibly at no cost — no bench fee, no courier fees.

Important: Transit Liability

Neither Console Service Centre nor The Courier Guy can accept responsibility for damage or loss during transit. Your packaging is the only thing protecting the console — please take time to pack it well.
