Xbox Series X – It turns on, then switches off or beeps
The console starts up, then switches itself off a few seconds later, or it beeps and shuts down.
This fault has more possible causes than most. We test the Xbox Series X on the bench to find the real one before we quote you.

- Every repair comes with a 6-month warranty on the work we did.
- If you go ahead, checking the console is included in the repair price. If you decide not to, or it can't be fixed, there's a R599 bench fee.
- Most repairs are done within 1-2 working days, depending on how busy the workshop is. Board-level repairs can take a little longer.
- Not close to Boksburg? We can collect your console anywhere in South Africa and courier it back to you (plus courier transit each way).
- You pay once the repair is done, by cash, card or EFT.
