Xbox Series (not sure which model) – It won't turn on
You press the power button and nothing happens. No light, no beep, no sound.
The usual cause is the power supply, the part inside that takes power from the wall socket. Sometimes the fault is on the main board instead, so we check the Xbox Series properly before we give you a price.

- If you go ahead, checking the console is included in the repair price. If you decide not to, or it can't be fixed, there's a R599 bench fee.
- Most repairs are done within 1-2 working days, depending on how busy the workshop is. Board-level repairs can take a little longer.
