Xbox Series (not sure which model) – Discs won't play or a disc is stuck
Games won't load from the disc, the drive grinds or clicks, or a disc is stuck inside.
Often the drive just needs a repair or a new laser, the part that reads the disc. If it's badly damaged, we fit a replacement drive.

What happens next: we check your Xbox Series first. Once we've seen it, we send you the final price on WhatsApp, and we only start the repair when you say yes.
Good to know
- Every repair comes with a 6-month warranty on the work we did.
- If you go ahead, checking the console is included in the repair price. If you decide not to, or it can't be fixed, there's a R599 bench fee.
- Most repairs are done within 1-2 working days, depending on how busy the workshop is. Board-level repairs can take a little longer.
- Not close to Boksburg? We can collect your console anywhere in South Africa and courier it back to you (plus courier transit each way).
- You pay once the repair is done, by cash, card or EFT.
