Xbox One Original – Needs a clean or service
In a full service we open the Xbox One Original, clean out the dust, replace the old thermal paste and check that the fan is working properly.
It runs cooler and quieter afterwards, and it helps prevent bigger faults later on.

What happens next: we check your Xbox One Original first. Once we've seen it, we send you the final price on WhatsApp, and we only start the repair when you say yes.
Good to know
- Every repair comes with a 6-month warranty on the work we did.
- If you go ahead, checking the console is included in the repair price. If you decide not to, or it can't be fixed, there's a R599 bench fee.
- Most repairs are done within 1-2 working days, depending on how busy the workshop is. Board-level repairs can take a little longer.
- Not close to Boksburg? We can collect your console anywhere in South Africa and courier it back to you (plus courier transit each way).
- You pay once the repair is done, by cash, card or EFT.
