I'm VERY happy with the service I received from CSC. My PS5 was not reading discs, and after contacting CSC on a Sunday no less - they responded to my query right away and organized FREE collection of the console that Monday. Once the PS5 arrived at their store, they diagnosed the laser issue right away. Once I paid for the repair part, they had fixed it not even an hour later and booked it to be couriered back to me in the Western Cape immediately, once again, free of charge for courier. I did not have to hassle with figuring out how to get my console to the store as it was all organized at the click of some buttons online by CSC.
