Console Service Centre Collection Terms and Conditions

General Terms:
By using the online collection service offered by Console Service Centre ("we", "us", "our"), you ("the customer") agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using the service.
Bench Fee
If you go ahead with your repair and the repair is successful, we will not charge you a bench fee.
If you don't go ahead or your gaming console cannot be repaired, there will be a bench fee payable of R450.00 and the delivery costs will also be payable by yourself, if you want it delivered back to you.
Deliver Fees
Delivery is free as long as you go ahead with the repair and your repair is successful.
If your don't go ahead or your gaming console cannot be repaired, the delivery fee will be payable by yourself, including the bench fee, as mentioned above.
The courier costs for delivery back to you again (both ways) range from R125.00 to R425.00, it all depends on where the courier is delivering too.
Delivery request:
When requesting a delivery back to you, ensure to provide accurate information to facilitate a smooth collection process.
Ensure your console is safely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
We are not responsible for any damage incurred during transport.
Estimates and Invoicing:
Post-collection, we will send an estimate for the repairs. By accepting the estimate, you agree to the repair terms outlined in the estimate document.
Upon completion of repairs, an invoice will be sent. The terms outlined in the invoice document will apply.
Transport Liability:
We, along with our courier partners, bear no responsibility for loss or damage to any items during transport.
If uncomfortable with this clause, you are advised to bring your console to our service centre at 6 Bester Street, Witfield, Boksburg, or send it via your courier.
Repair Time
Repair time is an estimate and may vary based on parts availability and the current workload.
Payment:
Payment must be made in full and reflected in our account before the release of the gaming console.
Unclaimed Consoles:
Consoles unclaimed within 30 days from the date of repair/inspection will be sold to cover our costs unless prior arrangements are made.
Data Loss:
We are not responsible for any data loss that may occur during repair. Ensure to backup your data before sending your console.
Warranty:
Our repairs come with a 6-month money-back warranty, excluding instances of liquid, power surge, lightning, insect, or user-inflicted damage.
