Next Steps

  • Step 1: Cecilia will be contacting you via email to check if your gaming console is packaged and ready for collection.
  • Step 2: We cannot book the collection with the courier company, until you let Cecilia know that it is packaged and ready for collection.
  • Step 3: Please make sure your gaming consoles is packaged securely in a box so it cannot get damaged during transport.
  • Step 4: As soon as your gaming console arrives, we will book it in with the serial number and you will get a notification that we received it.

What do we need?

We only need the gaming console, nothing else, no cables, controllers or anything else.

Only send items with if you feel they are contributing to the problem.

Very Important!

  1. The courier company does not work over weekends and public holidays, except during December when it’s very busy.
  2. We cannot specify a time or day that we want the courier to collect, this is out of our control.
  3. Please make sure there’s someone at the address you filled in on the form, between 8am and 5pm.
