How should I package my console for collection? Securely package your console using bubble wrap or padding, and place it in a sturdy box. Include your name and contact details inside the package.
Is there a cost for the collection and delivery service? We only charge for collection and delivery and a bench fee if you don’t go ahead with the repair, or your gaming console cannot be repaired. The collection and delivery fees range from R450.00 to R850.00 this is for both ways not just one way. Then the bench fee is R450.00.
Are there any additional fees if I don’t proceed with the repair? Only the bench fee of R450.00 if you don’t go ahead or the gaming console cannot be repaired.
How long will it take to get my console back? Most repairs are completed within 1 to 5 working days, depending on the complexity of the issue.
What if my console cannot be repaired? If your console cannot be repaired, we will inform you of the reasons.
